Graham Peavy is a Baton Rouge native born and raised. He attended Parkview Baptist and graduated from LSU with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration, and minor in Business Administration. He went on to attend Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and graduated in 2024.
As an intern, Graham reviewed contracts between LSU’s student athletes and various national brands and sponsors. He Proof read documents to review the terms and exclusive rights of student athletes. He developed glossary of legal terms commonly found in NIL contracts to help educate and market student athletes. He also observed NIL recruitment meetings with the chief legal representative of the NIL Department, and edited and conferred with the chief legal representative about the language of student athlete’s contracts.
He recently assisted in providing research for Professor Crusto’s book project regarding the Name, Image and Likeness with athletes, media rights, and equity.
Mr. Peaveys areas of practice include family law, and general litigation. He joined the firm in August 2024 and has received several positive reviews in his tenure at The Louisiana Family Law Firm.
He is a part of part of the Louisiana Bar Association, and Baton Rouge Bar Association.
